SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-message program offered by Creekside Christian Academy (“Creekside,” “we,” “us”). By opting in, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Description

When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our forms, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Creekside Christian Academy related to admissions and enrollment. These may include tour confirmations, appointment reminders, enrollment updates, application follow-ups, and general school information.

2. Opting In

You opt in by submitting a form on our website with a valid mobile number and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or of receiving any service from Creekside. You may also be enrolled after providing express written consent through another Creekside form.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, when you book a tour or progress through admissions). You will not receive an unlimited or excessive number of messages.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Creekside does not charge for the text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates will apply.

5. Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, simply opt in again through one of our forms.

If you experience any issues or want more information, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms
